When a Medicare benefits company - Palmetto GBA - needed to train hundreds of customer service representatives they called DESA.  We jumped into 40-hour, 3-week training cycles, leading multiple classes of 30+ students.  During 2006 alone, DESA's staff graduated more than 500 Certified Medicare Customer Service Representatives. 

When South Carolina state and municipal agencies wanted to enhance their ability to use minority and women-owned businesses, DESA took the challenge.  We conducted exhaustive studies, showing how these city and state government divisions were doing and what they could change to increase opportunities.
